We confirm availability and meeting point
Usually within a few hours. We'll send you the exact meeting pin and a short message from your guide.

Meet your local guide and pick up your e-bike
Quick ride-through on the bikes, helmets on, and the two of you are ready to explore.

Every tour is 100% private — for one or two riders only. We adapt the route, stops, and pace to exactly what the two of you want.
Free cancellation & rescheduling
Plans change — no problem. Cancel for a full refund, or reschedule, free of charge up to 24 hours before your tour. Do it yourself in your account, or just message us.
Rain policy
If we judge the weather unsafe to ride, we'll move your tour to another day or give you a full refund. Light rain is often still fun — and likely-rainy days are marked in our booking calendar.
